Enterprise

A DX inbox a security team can actually review.

Platform teams lose evaluators in the CLI and never hear why. Enterprise is not a bigger Starter plan. It is a scoped contract: eval keys for the PoC, a trust pack for InfoSec, and SSO, audit, taxonomy, or VPC when the order form says so.

Eval

14 days, one path, one named champion

Contract

SSO, SCIM, audit, VPC — scoped

Who this is for

Companies shipping an SDK, CLI, or public API where install and auth are the product. Payments, auth, infra, and developer tools. You already have Sentry or Datadog. You do not have the sentence the developer typed when Docker killed the worker.

DX / platform

Inbox for CLI, SDK, and API failures. Drafts in GitHub or Linear. Workspaces per product line on Growth+.

AppSec / InfoSec

Hashed identity, org-scoped keys, RLS, human-approved tickets. Trust pack you can attach to the review.

Legal / procurement

Public DPA, AUP, privacy, refunds. Named success contact and region on the enterprise order form.

14-day eval protocol

Same path every design partner. If you cannot name the CLI command that dies, we are not ready to talk price.

  1. 01

    Scope one failure

Pick OAuth callback, Docker OOM on CLI login, or 429 on first API key. Not “all errors.”

  2. 02

    Issue an eval key

Time-boxed ingest. Does not unlock Memory Graph. Rotate or revoke when the window ends.

  3. 03

    Wire one surface

npm i @aethellayer/sdk or wrap the CLI. Ten minutes. Read-only to your product.

  4. 04

    Review the inbox

Threads with stack + one question. Draft a ticket. You still hit send. Then we talk Growth or enterprise.

Procurement pack

Send this set with the first InfoSec email. All of it is public on aethellayer.com.

What Enterprise actually includes

Everything in Scale, then items written into the order form. We do not pretend SSO is a button on the marketing site.

Start on early access or email hello@aethellayer.com with “Enterprise eval” and the CLI command that dies.

Questions procurement asks

How does a 14-day eval actually run?

One eval-mode ingest key, one CLI or SDK path, one real failure (OAuth, Docker OOM, or 429). A named champion on your side. We do not open Memory Graph until you are on Growth or a scoped enterprise order.

What does InfoSec get on day one?

The trust pack at /trust, the DPA, subprocessors, and an honest SOC 2 status. No fake badges. SSO and VPC are contract items, not a self-serve checkbox.

Who is this not for?

Consumer apps that want a chatbot. Teams shopping for another APM. Anyone who needs auto-filed public GitHub issues. Agents propose; humans ship.
